A Conducive Learning Environment

We take pride in our fully equipped learning environment, state-of-the-art facilities, and closely monitored CCTV cameras in every nook and cranny of the school.  Our facilities are structured to accommodate all and sundry including learners or staff with disabilities or physical impairments.

Academic and Co-Curricular Activities

A personal and individualistic growth model of child-centered teaching drives our vision, whereby we guide our children intellectually, socially and morally, to own their learning, while providing them with the skills and knowledge required to navigate through the real world. What this implies is that we can identify all groups of learners –visual, auditory, kinesthetic and readers- design lessons to fit and cater to each child’s learning preferences and needs, while ensuring that no child, no matter how special or gifted, is left behind.   We run a blended British-Nigerian curriculum, painstakingly put together to achieve our objectives, where our precious gems attain incredibly high and well-above-average age expectations.   Our learners are equipped and guided very early, to build a project from a given concept to a final report, through the International Baccalaureate(IB) style, which cuts across their various subject areas, using various ICT tools at their disposal.   We offer diverse after-school activities and clubs including academic, athletic, crafts, social and game-based activities, which occur after the normal school day.   Our amazing gems are also allowed to advance in their knowledge of French through special, advanced classes that prepares them for DELF (Diplôme d'Études en Langue Française) Certification. This is an official diploma awarded by the French Ministry of Education to certify the French language competency of candidates outside of France.

Dedicated Staff

With a wealth of experience and a diverse set up background, we boast of teachers who are highly dedicated professionals. All members of staff undergo regular and continuous training in their areas of specialisation, to maintain our high standards of professionalism. Each member is committed to providing curriculum, instruction, and assessment that are founded on research-based best practices in education, of international standards.

Embracing Diversity and Global Mindedness

As a school with learners and staff from all over the world, one of our core values is global-mindedness. We continuously sensitise our learners on global issues, as well as expose them to diverse cultures around the globe through well-structured and planned events. This is aimed at ensuring that every child fits in, irrespective of their nationality.   In Aduvie International Primary School, there’s a special place for every child!
